Rob manages the Bristol, Exeter and Cardiff offices overseeing the agency and valuation disciplines. A chartered surveyor, Rob has worked in our specialist sectors for over 20 years, with extensive experience in the healthcare sector advising banks, national corporate operators, private equity groups and SME’s. Clients include BUPA, The Priory Group, Hallmark Care Homes, HC One, Cedar Care and Coate Water Care. He is a regular speaker at healthcare conferences providing insight into the social care market. Rob’s team has won the Estates Gazette most active Leisure agent award for the South West and Wales for the past 5 years.
