The Client
Christie & Co has been engaged by The Hub Pharmacy Ltd to offer for sale 16 of its pharmacies.
The Request
Christie & Co was instructed to sell the 16 pharmacy sites with the pharmacies brought to the market in October 2021. Interest is invited on a group, subgroup, or individual basis with most being sold by way of asset sales. The project remains ongoing at present (January 2022).
The Solution
The business has been marketed via a competitive marketing process including the use of a bespoke data room which can be accessed at https://project-flanders-christie.com/, an email campaign to a targeted database of recipients, social media activity and a press release upon launch.
The Results
The project is still ongoing, with a number of offers received on the pharmacies for sale so far. An update will be provided to the market upon completion of all 16 sites.
