All offers will need to be accompanied by evidence of stated source of funding.
Proof of address and ID will be required from all buying entities (individuals and all ‘beneficial owners’ of companies) to comply with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations.
