The Client
We first met Anthony and Michael Zybutz in 2016 who had established and grown a highly successful group with practices in Folkestone, Dover, Peterborough, and Harley Street. Three of the practices feature TDC implant centres, offering award winning, same day implant services. The Zybutz brothers are pioneers in this treatment.
The Request
Having owned the business for a number of years, Anthony and Michael were keen to realise some of its value but also choose a purchaser who was able to support future growth. Christie & Co was instructed to approach a select group of dental groups who met this profile.
The Results
Several offers were received, with Bupa Dental Care, a large dental group in the UK, selected as the preferred bidder and purchaser.
