Business Outlook 2020: North East Regional Focus
The North East market remains busy as opportunities in the region continue to be in demand from a range of purchasers. Hotel, pub and restaurant opportunities remain highly sought after and 2019 was a record year for the Care team in the region. Retail businesses are also very much in demand with convenience stores and petrol forecourts appealing to both existing operators and first-time buyers.
