South London preschool sold to Family First after 30-year ownership
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Adventure Pre School in Carshalton, South London.
Adventure Pre School has an effective operating capacity for up to 45 children aged two and a half to five years. This ‘Good’ rated setting is situated in the grounds of Grove Park in the village centre of Carshalton, South London, which makes the perfect environment for a preschool whilst also being accessible for commuting and local parents.
The business has been owned by Beverley Mallen since 1991 and was recently brought to market to allow her to pursue other opportunities. Following a confidential sales process, the setting has been sold to national nursery group, Family First.
