Christie & Co advises on sale of the Holiday Inn Munich Unterhaching
The Holiday Inn in Unterhaching changed ownership at the beginning of September. The hotel real estate expert Christie & Co advised the owners on the transaction of the 4-star hotel in the south of Munich.
Built in 1994 and continuously renovated, the Holiday Inn hotel in Unterhaching has 257 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar and a beer garden. In addition, the business hotel offers 27 modern conference rooms that can accommodate up to 600 people for seminars, meetings, conferences, and private events. Its strategic location south of Munich city centre in the Unterhaching business park, only about 2 minutes from the motorway, makes it an ideal base for business and leisure travellers. Munich's main railway station, the exhibition centre and the airport are also within easy reach.
The American owner, which is represented in Germany by Everest Management GmbH, was advised in the transaction process by the hotel experts from Christie & Co.
