Bath B&B snapped up within days

Experienced hoteliers, Michael and Sarah Jones of Bath Boutique Ltd recently carried out a relaunch of Leighton Townhouse, including an extensive upgrade programme, rebranding, a remodelled website and new booking system. Two years down the line and after very successfully establishing the new business, Michael and Sarah have made the decision to exit the business to pursue other interests.

Christie & Co was instructed to carry out an open market advertising campaign for this substantial detached 10 en suite bedroom boutique bed & breakfast, which resulted in multiple offers within days of launching to the market and a sale agreed to Mrs Kinyi Law of Double Fortune Enterprises Limited, who plans to further invest in the property, which makes for an exciting time for everyone involved. Mrs Kinyi Law, based in Hong Kong, purchased the Highway House Bed & Breakfast in Bath last year, which is located down the road from the Leighton Townhouse.
