Current owners, Paul and Karan Ridley, reveal how they came to buy Irton Manor, “A friend asked me if I would like to attend a Macmillan garden fete at Irton Manor. We arranged to meet her but, unfortunately, she forgot to turn up. We loved the gardens so much that we asked the owner to sell the house to us; and that was how we end up buying this beautiful property. It was very run down at the time, and took us close to two years to renovate the entire house, both inside and out.”

Despite its semi-rural location, the property is still close to towns and beaches, with the closest villages being Seamer and Ayton, which are both approximately one mile away.
