Best Western hotel set in Cornish town sold through Christie & Co

The Fowey Valley Hotel sits on a generous plot in the centre of Lostwithiel, a small town positioned in the heart of Cornwall. The hotel trades under the Best Western franchise brand and has been owned by independent operators since 2003, who made the decision to sell in order to reinvest in their separate core business.
With 38 en suite bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, and recently refurbished heated outdoor pool, the hotel enjoys a spread of bookings from both tourists and commercial travellers alike. In recent years the owners have undertaken a continued program of refurbishments to the property which includes creating two additional letting bedrooms.
