Central Dental Surgery in Lydney sold for the first time in 50 years
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Central Dental Surgery in Lydney, Gloucestershire.
Established over 50 years ago by husband-and-wife team, Phillip and Shelagh Phillips, Central Dental Surgery is a two-surgery, NHS dental practice located in the Gloucestershire town of Lydney.
It was brought to market and, following a confidential sales process, which was handled by Steve O’Connor and Jamie Williams at Christie & Co, has been sold to first-time buyer, Mustafa Bajilan.
