Christie + Co acquires landmark property on behalf of Euro Hostels

Specialist leisure and hospitality property adviser Christie + Co has acquired the boutique Hoax Hostel in Stanley Street, Liverpool from LPA Receiver’s ES Group/Lambert Smith Hampton on behalf of Euro Hostels Limitedoax Host.
Situated in a prominent position in the heart of Liverpool’s world famous Cavern Quarter, the property provides accommodation for up to 274 people over 52 bedrooms, together with Hopskotch Street Kitchen Bar & Restaurant and Hatch Music Bar.
Hoax opened in July 2013 as a 5* boutique hostel with the standard of accommodation aimed at the bourgeoning value traveller market.
