Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has sold Hotel Indigo, Liverpool.
The hotel has a prime location in Liverpool’s business district close to the thriving ‘Waterfront’ area and conveniently located for many city centre attractions including the Echo Arena, BT Convention Centre, Albert Dock, Museum of Liverpool, Walker Art Gallery, Tate Liverpool, Liverpool One and Lime Street Station.
This striking seven storey award winning contemporary hotel opened for business in 2011. The property comprises 151 guest rooms, a fitness room, front and rear terraces, the Cotton Lounge & Bar and Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill which seats up to 120 diners.

The purchaser was an investment vehicle affiliated with MCAP Global Finance Ltd . The acquisition follows on from their 2014 acquisition of the QMH Group. More recently they purchased the Mint Hotels portfolio from an affiliate of Blackstone and the Doubletree Chester from a private seller. The purchaser remains keen to acquire more hotel assets in the UK.
