Christie + Co bolsters its Cardiff office

Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has made two new appointments to its Cardiff office to support its growing transactional business in the South Wales market.

Jonathan Clements joins the Retail division, focusing on the sale and acquisition of convenience and petrol forecourt businesses. Jonathan has over sixteen years experience in retail and commercial marketing. For the past six years he has succeeded at one of the top estate agency businesses in south Wales and has an excellent knowledge of the region. He has impressed his former employers with his approach and determination in progressing instructions and the selling process.

The Cardiff office also welcomes Corrina Jones who is looking forward to working within the childcare sector and helping Christie + Co maximise their presence within the South Wales and South West region. Corrina has extensive experience within the Sales and Lettings markets in Cardiff working for an established agent. She holds a BA Hons Degree in Education and has worked within secondary education in South Wales as a qualified Careers Advisor and is well placed to understand the complexities involved in acquiring, marketing and disposing of children's day nurseries.
