Christie & Co brokers the sale of two Luton pharmacies
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brokered the sales of Featherfield Pharmacy and Acorn Pharmacy in Luton.
Both pharmacies were sold to local first-time buyers who plan to operate the businesses themselves.
Featherfield Pharmacy
Featherfield Pharmacy on Birdsfoot Lane, Luton is well positioned at the end of a parade of retail units with a self-contained flat above, as well as customer parking outside.
Acorn Pharmacy is located on the Bushmead development to the north of Luton Town Centre. It has a large sales area with customer access from both the front and the rear of the pharmacy and a Co-op Food store nearby.
