Christie & Co brokers Tracscare acquisition deal
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has brokered the acquisition of Acquired Brain Injury care provider New Bridges by Tracscare.
The New Bridges Group comprised of four Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) centres in South Wales and Somerset.
The purchase of New Bridges forms part of an ongoing programme of acquisitions by Tracscare, which has seen it take on services that share their culture and commitment to quality. In 2015 Tracscare acquired Brookdale Care, a specialist residential care provider for individuals with Autism, and as a result became the largest provider of support for individuals with Autism in the sector.
