Christie & Co exchanges on the sale of 137 Marston’s Pubs
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has confirmed the sale of 137 Marston’s pubs to Admiral Taverns for £44.9million.
The portfolio includes a mix of pubs from across Marston’s tenanted and franchised divisions, comprising mainly smaller wet-led pubs.
