Christie + Co expand their Childcare team in Manchester

As the market continues to pick up pace during 2015, specialist property advisers Christie + Co have made several additions to its specialist childcare team. The success of the year so far has been established by the number of high profile deals which the company have seen through to completion, and in many cases premium prices have been achieved.   

With increased demand for Christie + Co’s professional, specialist, bespoke and personalised services, Sofia Beck will be working across the Manchester region assisting nursery owners in the facilitation of their expansion or exit plans. Sofia has worked within the property sector for four years, and comments: “I am enthusiastic to take on the limitless opportunities ahead, and look forward to working closely with such an experienced team.”

Sofia will be based in Manchester, alongside Courteney Donaldson MRICS, Director and Head of Childcare, Nick Brown and Rosie Adlem — all of whom reside in the North West region but have national UK coverage, specifically working with nursery groups and investors in providing valuation, transactional, business consultancy and property related services.
