Christie & Co facilitates sale of day nursery development land

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co announces the sale of a day nursery development site located in Christchurch in Hampshire. The original owners had acquired the land and gained the D1 planning permission so their daughter would be able to build and start her own nursery, which unfortunately did not come to fruition.

Christie & Co was invited by the owners to find a buyer who could make the most of the planning permission which had been obtained for a 40 place day nursery. The development plot sold for the asking price of £150,000.
