Whilst 2021 was a challenging year, we saw business return to pre-pandemic activity levels and the team in Scotland achieved an excellent number of transactions. This award not only reflects our depth of experience in the specialist leisure markets but also an increase in demand for businesses across Scotland from both new entrants, domestic and international investors and hospitality/leisure operators. Encouragingly values held up and interest was shown across all Hospitality and Leisure Sectors and we expect this demand to continue in 2022.”
