Christie & Co’s valuation team provides service for new nursery
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has provided a valuation of a children’s day nursery development site belonging to Ashbridge Independent School and Nurseries, owned by Sarah and Stuart Carr.
The Carrs will be opening a new, purpose built day nursery setting in September which will provide 200 children’s places along with outdoor facilities, play areas and a coffee shop.
Acting on behalf of the school’s bank, Christie & Co has undertaken a valuation of the development site including the current land value with D1 planning permission and a future trading business valuation on the back of projections provided. The new site, which will be located in a new residential development with some 5,300 homes being built, offers substantial opportunities for a day nursery.
