Christie & Co secure new tenant to run village store in Blakeney
Specialist property business adviser, Christie & Co has sold Blakeney Stores, a well-positioned convenience store located in the village of Blakeney, Gloucestershire.
Operated by David Mills for the past 22 years, this multifaceted business came to market as David was wishing to focus on other projects.
Jamie Williams, Retail Associate Director at Christie & Co, who led the marketing process, comments, “After running the business successfully for so many years, we were able to create a new lease for David so that he retained the freehold as an investment without having to manage the business.”
The new lease has been acquired by Johnson John, a local buyer with experience in the sector, who comments, “Many thanks to Christie & Co for all of your time and effort in helping me secure Blakeney shop.
