Christie & Co forge ahead with garden centre sales
Business property agent and garden centre specialist, Christie & Co has completed its third garden centre sale within the first few months of 2023, demonstrating the buoyancy of the market.
Flitvale Garden Centre was brought to the open market last year and has been sold to Nuyard Group, a growing garden centre group owned and run by Peter Manship. Peter aims to continue growing and modernising the garden centre, adding a greater range of landscaping, fencing and building products to complement the existing product ranges.
The sale marks an end of an era for Ian and Pam Stevenson who have owned and run Flitvale since 2002, adding the restaurant in 2005 and more recently the farm shop.
