Specialist property advisors Christie + Co are delighted to announce the recent sale of what is reported to be one of Southport’s oldest trading Children’s day nurseries.
Originally the nursery traded from a residential property close to its now current location and due to demand for extra places the owners took the opportunity to acquire a former church property and expand the nursery. After a major renovation and refurbishment project this former ‘tired’ church property was then converted into a state of the art childcare setting with an effective operating capacity for 104 children.
