The Kitsch n d’Or in Southsea, Portsmouth has been sold by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
The three-storey terraced property which has a bar, two restaurant areas and a function room, as well as five bedroom owners’ accommodation, was closed for over 12 months before being sold to local businessmen, Matthew Wylie and Mike Baker.
