Coleford nursery sold to first-time buyer
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has successfully brokered the sale of The Rose Day Nursery in Coleford, Gloucestershire to new entrants in the sector, Jon Dowell & Gemma Peel.
After operating the business for over 17 years, previous owner Mrs Gillian Warry decided to sell to pursue her retirement.
The nursery is currently run under management and has a capacity of 34. The new owners are hoping to expand the current operation and grow the business further.
