The Grade II listed building has been painstakingly and sympathetically refurbished under the current ownership into a fantastic private events space. Having previously traded as a bar and restaurant until fairly recently, the current owners have been operating solely as a wedding venue. With separate lounge and restaurant areas offering capacity for 70 patrons each, as well as a commercial kitchen, offering a fantastic opportunity for a hands on owner-operator to re-establish the restaurant trade and open the business up to the general public. The current owners, now living abroad, reached the decision to sell as they no longer have the necessary time to dedicate to the business and approached Gavin Webb of Christie & Co to handle the sale.

Commenting on the sale, the current owners Dida and Paula Dalkic said "This project and business has given us many happy memories over the last 15 years, however our personal circumstances mean that the time is now right for us to entrust the business into the hands of new owners.”

Gavin Webb, Senior Business Agent at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments, “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a business that has undergone considerable investment and consideration in the refurbishment allowing the building to retain many of its original features whilst offering a unique and charming private events venue and restaurant. There is huge potential for a new owner to build on the existing trade and create a thriving business.”

Masa Restaurant is being marketed at £595,000 for the freehold interest.
