Courtyard Dental Practice in Essex sold to Dentex
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Courtyard Dental Practice in Essex to Dentex.
Established in 2007 as a single-surgery squat practice, Courtyard Dental Practice has developed into a high-end, five-surgery practice spread across three floors. The business employs five dentists and five hygienists who provide comprehensive dental care including general and preventive dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, implants, Invisalign and facial aesthetics.
The practice is located in the heart of Saffron Walden, a picturesque medieval town in Essex near the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire borders. Courtyard Dental Practice sits in a stunning listed building which overlooks the common with lovely views. The building was originally a Victorian boys’ school and has since been converted into commercial premises.
Previously owned by its founder, Dr Carla Jones, the practice was brought to market with the idea that she would remain post-completion. It has been purchased by leading dental group, Dentex.
