CPM Care acquires care home in Lancashire
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has completed on the sale of Fairhaven Care Home.
Situated in the popular coastal town of Fleetwood in Lancashire, the care home overlooks the promenade with uninterrupted views of Morecambe Bay to the Cumbrian Hills. The substantial three storey care home is registered for 22 residents with 20 single and two double bedrooms and acts as a rehabilitation centre for the local hospital.
The home had been operated by the previous owners, Mr & Mrs Moss for over 13 years, who have built up an excellent reputation for the home within the area. Mrs & Mrs Moss comment, “Many thanks to Julie and her colleagues for working with us throughout this sale. There was a great deal of interest in the business, resulting in many viewings, but with Julie’s support, we were able to find a purchaser who we felt would build on the work we have done so far and take our care home to the next level, offering outstanding levels of care.”

Fairhaven Care Home was sold off an asking price of £745,000.
