Crest Hotels expands with landmark Bristol hotel acquisition
Arnos Manor Hotel in Bristol has been sold by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, on behalf of St James’s Hotel Group.
The 73-bedroom Grade II listed hotel has been purchased by experienced hoteliers, Crest Hotels who are expanding their existing portfolio.
Arnos Manor Hotel is a large detached landmark hotel in Bristol, historically built as a manor house in 1760 for a wealthy local family.
The hotel has extensive public areas with a main bar, restaurant, function suite with bar and conservatory, a chapel for weddings and meetings, a civil marriage licence and various conference/meeting rooms. The hotel also benefits from a large car park and gardens.
