Dental Care Group acquires Essex dental practice through Christie & Co

Country Park Dental Practice comprises two surgeries and offers general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, as well as amalgam removal and orthodontic treatment for both children and adults. Established by Dr Amir Shabahang and Ms Nadereh Arabshahi in 1999, the business maintains a reputation for its high quality and professional dental care.

New owner, Clacton Dental Care Limited is part of the Dental Care Group, which operates a total of 21 practices located across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Northampton. Helen Wong of Clarke Willmott acted on behalf of the vendor and Gemma Mintram of Knights Plc acted on behalf of the buyer.

The practice was sold for an undisclosed sum.
