Dore Dental Practice in Sheffield sold by Christie & Co
Specialist business property advisor, Christie & Co is delighted to announce the sale of Dore Dental Care in the affluent suburb of Dore, South Yorkshire.
The reputable mixed practice, occupying a prominent position in Dore, approximately five miles south west of Sheffield city centre, occupies a large character property with huge potential for private growth. The business has been established for over 40 years and was acquired in partnership by Dr Jon Meyer in 2000, before he became sole Principal in 2011.

The practice has been purchased by Dr Sanraj Dulay, a first-time buyer from the Midlands, who will look to grow the business by refitting the historic third surgery and expand their current offering of private treatments. Dr Meyer is looking to remain at the practice for a minimum of three years, providing the perfect transition for the new owners.
