Fennies nursery group adds new Beckenham setting to its portfolio
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has successfully leased a site in Beckenham to Fennies nursery group on behalf of The Pavilion Langley Park.
The site, which comprises 6,000sq ft of nursery space, a large car park and plenty of outdoor space, sits on the perimeter of a Cala Homes housing development in Beckenham.
Following a sales process with Christie & Co, the property has been leased to premium Surrey/South London nursery group, Fennies, which plans to refurbish the building and transform it into a new children’s day nursery. This acquisition takes the group to 20 settings and almost 2,000 childcare places, with a further eight sites offering 850 places already in process.
