First time buyer acquires established dental practice in Tyne & Wear
Park Road Dental Practice, a mixed income dental practice in Wallsend, a town in North Tyneside, has been sold through specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, to first time buyers.
Occupying a prominent trading position just off the town’s high street, the well established practice comprises three surgeries and provides dentistry services to adults and children living in and around Wallsend.
Previous owner, Dr T W Cheung acquired Park Road Dental Practice in 1990 and the business has grown significantly under his ownership. Following the decision to sell in order to concentrate on other business interests, Dr Cheung comments, “I approached Paul to assist me with the sale of my dental practice. I was impressed by the professional manner in which my transaction was conducted and concluded. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Christie & Co to any potential vendors.”
