Located in a prime waterside location overlooking the harbour, this popular 110-cover nautical restaurant is bathed in history being decked out with original Cullins Yard fixtures, a large heated conservatory and a trade garden with bench seating for 100.  Immediately next door is their own Tir Dha Ghlas Brewery, which produces a selection of beers which are sold in the restaurant.

The business has been under the same ownership for the past 10 years and has built up a strong reputation among the local and wider community, attracting repeat and loyal custom as well as being a popular venue for weddings and other special events.

James Hughes of Christie & Co’s Maidstone office who is handling the sale comments: “Cullins Yard represents a fantastic opportunity for a potential purchaser to acquire a unique and successfully run restaurant and brewery in an idyllic harbour location with a team of staff already in place.

“We expect strong interest and therefore viewing is highly recommended.”

Christie & Co is seeking £299,995 for the leasehold with an annual rent of £63,650.
