Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has been instructed to sell the former Oakhurst Care Home in the seaside town of Paignton, Devon.

Conveniently located in Courtland Road, just off the town centre, the former care home enjoys elevated views over the local park and encompasses 16 single bedrooms - 15 of which have en suite facilities. The sale is being handled by John Crocker, Director at Christie + Co’s Exeter office. Christie + Co is seeking offers of £395,000 for the freehold interest in the property.
