Fragrance Group acquires the iconic Grand Atlantic Hotel in Weston-super-Mare
Specialist hotel property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the latest sale for Coast & Country Hotels. The iconic Grand Atlantic Hotel in Weston-super-Mare has been sold to leading Singaporean-based hospitality investor, Fragrance Group.
RBH Hospitality Management, one of the UK’s leading hospitality management companies and current operators for 10 other Fragrance-owned hotels, has been appointed to operate the hotel. James Barnett, Legal Director at Foot Anstey, acted for Fragrance in the acquisition of the property.
Set in an elegant Victorian building on the town seafront, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Bristol Channel, this famous 72-bedroom hotel has been regarded as one of the resorts leading hotels for generations.
