Hampshire Convenience Store purchased by Denovo Retail Limited
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brokered the sale of Woodcot convenience store, a local ‘Co-op Welcome’ branded retail store in Gosport, Hampshire to Denovo Retail Limited who are a franchise of the Southern Co-operative.
Well positioned in the busy residential area of Bridgemary, the convenience store offers consumers a wide range of groceries and household goods. The business trades as a successful and established community store, which is very popular with regular customers and transient passing trade.

Woodcot convenience store has been successfully run by previous owner, Richard Dance for over a decade and he decided to sell in order to focus on his other businesses.
