IG Nicol Dental Surgery in Stockport sold through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is delighted to announce the sale of IG Nicol Dental Surgery in Offerton, near Stockport in Greater Manchester. The practice was sold to a local Principal dentist who was looking to expand their portfolio in the region.
The business, which is prominently positioned on a densely populated housing estate in Offerton, is an NHS dental practice which was established by the retiring Principal some 32 years ago. The sale generated strong interest and comfortably exceeded the asking price.
