Islay Pharmacy, a quaint community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 3,600 NHS items per month, is located on Main Street Bowmore on the Isle of Islay and single-handedly serves the island’s population of circa 3,200 residents.

Inveraray Pharmacy dispenses an average of 1,694 NHS items per month and is ideally located on the main street in the traditional county town of Inveraray in Argyll. The town is known to be a tourist hotspot, attracting both UK and international visitors who enjoy its attractions, such as Inveraray Castle and the Georgian Inveraray Jail.

Sanjay Majhu, the owner of both pharmacies, acquired Inveraray Pharmacy in 2016 and Islay Pharmacy in 2018.
