Isle of Arran guest house on the market

​Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has been instructed to sell the Burlington Guest House located on the sea shore of Whiting Bay on the Isle of Arran, famously known as ‘Scotland in miniature.’

The Burlington presents a terrific opportunity to enter the Isle’s growing tourism market. The village of Whiting Bay offers a number of tourist attractions, including a coastal walks along the bay, golfing and the Arran Art Gallary.



The property dates back to 1905, originally built as a guest house by the local blacksmith.
