Italian restaurant in Canterbury on the market through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brought to the market Pinocchio's, a popular Italian restaurant in the historic city of Canterbury, in Kent.
Pinocchio’s was established in 1988, trading as a traditional, family-run business and, having built up a fantastic reputation over the years, features on the 'Visit Canterbury' website and has earned a 4.5 star rating on Trip Advisor.
The Italian restaurant, which specialises in dishes from Naples and the Amalfi coast, is located on Castle Street in the centre of the city, a popular tourist destination and World Heritage site.
The restaurant’s current owners, Massimo and Dee Fierro, have operated it for the last 17 years and are now looking to sell the business to focus on other ventures.
James Hughes, Senior Business Agent at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments, “This is a rare chance to take on a well-known restaurant within Canterbury and build on the already very good trade that there is. Massimo has built a fantastic reputation for the business but is now ready to pass the reins to someone else."
The business is being marketed at £119,000 for the leasehold interest.
