Jones Convenience Store in Shepton Mallett has been sold
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, is delighted to announce the sale of the Jones Convenience Store in Shepton Mallett, Somerset.
The Jones Convenience Store is a sizable freehold store with a three-bedroom owner’s flat above. It is situated in the Somerset town of Shepton Mallet, approximately 18 miles south of Bristol and five miles east of Wells. The store is well located on a substantial corner plot and benefits from a good residential catchment, with the Mendip District Council Office also in close proximity.
Previous owner, L&F Jones, decided to sell the store in order to focus on its hospitality business at the Best Western Plus Centurion Hotel in Radstock. The business has been purchased by Mr Nareshbhai Solanki, who also owns Burnaby stores in Whitchurch.
