The property will now be converted to a multi-purpose educational and private events hire venue, having been acquired by Avanti Foundation, a sponsor of state-funded Hindu faith schools in the United Kingdom. The charity group was attracted to the significant amount of land attached to the property and plan to utilise this space, as well as investing in a comprehensive refurbishment of the main house.
