‘Good’ nursing home in Frittenden, Kent, sold to family buyers
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Larchmere House Nursing Home in the affluent area of Frittenden, Kent.
Larchmere House is a well-established, profitable nursing home registered for up to 33 residents. It was rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, has an excellent reputation, and enjoys consistently high occupancy levels.
The home was previously owned by Mr Steve and Mrs Lisa Wootton who recently decided to sell to pursue retirement. Following a confidential sales process with Christie & Co, it has been sold to the Lingam family who are first-time buyers.
Steve Wootton comments, “When considering the sale of Larchmere House after almost 20 years of ownership, a major consideration was a confidential sale and John Harrison was able to recommend to us how to do this having recently sold another local care home in this way. Larchmere House Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
