Large vacant nursing home sold to Waterfall Nursing Homes Ltd
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of a vacant nursing home, formerly trading as Donness Nursing Home, in the village of Westward Ho! in Bideford, North Devon.
The building has 30 bedrooms, a high percentage of which are purpose-built, and boasts sea views and attractive surrounding grounds. The site is located in the beautiful seaside village of Westward Ho! on the North Devon coast which has a range of local facilities and is well-known for its coastline and for being the only town in the UK to have an exclamation mark as part of its name.
The home has been purchased by Waterfall Nursing Homes Ltd.
