Local charity buys care home development site in Westgate-On-Sea

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, is delighted to announce the sale of a care home development site in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent.

Acting on behalf of private clients, Christie & Co managed the sale which came with planning permission for a new 75-bedroom care home. The site has been purchased by leading local charity and care provider, Avante Care & Support, who were advised by CBRE.

The site was sold at an undisclosed price.
