Leading London dental laboratory business sold in landmark deal
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of one of the UK’s leading dental laboratories, Ceramiart.
Established 27 years ago by Marcel Roetjens, Ceramiart Dental Laboratories is located in the heart of Marylebone in central London. The business, which is led by Marcel and his team of talented Dental Technicians, sits at the forefront of the digital transformation of dental technology, and works with many of the best practices across the UK.
Following a sales process with Christie & Co, it has been sold to Dentex, which owns and operates 129 practices across the UK, a number of which already work with Ceramiart. Marcel will remain at the business going forward, working with Dentex to further develop and grow its offering.
