Long Lane Dental Practice in Greater Manchester sold

Long Lane Dental Practice is a three-surgery, mixed-income dental practice trading from a semi-detached character property in a densely populated location in Heald Green, Greater Manchester.

The business was previously owned by Dr Sobia Ahmad, who decided to sell to pursue other business ventures. It was her second sale in the last five years having sold Longfield Lodge Dental Practice in Cadishead in 2016. Dr Ahmad, comments, “I used Christie & Co for my previous sale and so did not hesitate to go with them again this time. Long Lane Dental Practice has been purchased by local first-time buyer, Dr Ahmed Alawsi, who comments, “I am delighted to join the team at Long Lane, particularly as I live close by. I am determined to continue with the high levels of care provided to patients and am excited for the future of the practice!”

The sale was supported by legal advice from Hempsons acting for the seller and Knights plc acting for the buyer.
