Deal agreed on Edinburgh convenience store in under a week of coming to the market

Located in Elm Row, Pringles has been owned and operated by Betty and Tony John for over 20 years and came to the market as the couple was ready to retire, after many years of running several businesses in Edinburgh.

The store has been purchased at an undisclosed price by local business operators, which is set to be a promising new venture due to the current revitalization plan under way in Elm Row. Projects such as the recently opened, St James Quarter and tram extension works joining Edinburgh to Leith are all expected to increase footfall in the area.
